Came to urgent care. Asked if imaging was available for back pain. Was told yes. Waited over an hour for doctor to see me for less than five minutes, no examination and was told they do not offer any imaging in urgent care. Was give a referral to see a spine specialist in the future. No imaging. No visual inspection of my back. No real answers just another prescription to Dull the ache. Complete and total waste of time.
Kaiser service and ability to address issues needs to be reevaluated.
Convenient to labs, pharmacy and radiology etc. at one location. Good parking, nice outdoor patio and coffee/snack station. Love my Dr.
Sonia Esqueda is amazing!!! Nadav is always a fainter with blood and he didn’t faint this time! We will definitely be going back and had to take her photo! Quick and painless. Thank you, Sonia!
