I’m honestly surprised by all the negative reviews—I'm so glad I didn’t read them beforehand, or I might have been too nervous to go. I’ve been to this place at least five times now, and each visit has been a positive experience. Fremont Kaiser is literally the most laziest office I have ever been to! Santa Clara ofc is much better and prompt whenever I ask questions. The lady at the lab is always passive aggressive with all her patients. If you hate working so much may be just sit at home? Who is forcing her!
