My wife and I are both retired physicians who accompanied our daughter to Kaiser Fremont on the morning of Tuesday, July 29 for her elective surgery. From the first encounter with the happiest admitting clerk we’ve ever met through to our final encounter with her recovery room nurse we were very impressed with the welcoming and friendly manner employed by all. They took to long and also wasted our time my kids were sick and they took more then 3 hours just to call them in and an extra hour for the doctor to come
