Called them twice about canceling my plan both times was told it’s done and I was just charged $700 which is what they jumped my old plan up to which is why I switched. They are a scam.

Entire kaiser is a scam. We need to take a day off from office so we can be on wait on a phone line for these *********** to pick the call. They really dont care about people. There website sucks. So hard to find info. We are trying to reach DME department for a week with no luck yet. We just need to request extension for breastpump and that is taking so much effort from us.

This is a damning indictment of the lack of medical care in the US. I get calls, voicemails, letters on a daily basis from this org, but any and every claim is denied, even vaccination shots. They mail me telling me to take tests that they mail to me but are incapable of mailing them without a dozen calls. The free telehealth thing is basically a call voice response menu.
