You’re better off with United Health. I tried to go to the emergency room and I was told patients with higher priority than me will be seen first. My wait time behind Medicaid patients was almost 3 hours. I pay for Kaiser, but I was met with a Medicaid office. Highly disappointed, I will not be choosing Kaiser in the upcoming open enrollment.
