We had a great experience with Garland Kaiser & his team. They are extremely efficient and it is evident they know what they are doing. We had them refinish all of the hardwood floors in our home before we moved in. We loved it so much, we ended up hiring them back months later to add hardwood to our kitchen floors (previously LVP), and to replace all of the treads on our basement steps (previously carpet). Kaiser bid my floors in June 2025. I accepted quote/work. Hardwood was scheduled for delivery Monday 9/29. Spoke with owner te wood delivery on 9/24 at 9:30 AM. At 10:55 AM received an email stating they had just taken two large jobs and would not have time for my work until late this year and he was withdrawing his bid 3 business days before hardwood was to be delivered.
