The manager there, Nicole, is simply amazing. She is friendly, professional, compassionate and smart. She is the epitome of what a customer facing professional should be. I had a problem getting my prescription authorized, and she worked tirelessly and patiently to resolve the issue. Day after day she made herself available and persisted working with the insurance company and me.
