Went to them based on my insurance. They fixed my car up in about a week after a minor T-bone style crash. Looked brand new and got the interior cleaned! Would highly recommend them for any collision work.
Kaiser service department has gotten worse and worse with every visit lately. Bought my car there and was told they couldn’t get it in for service for a week, not scheduled service, breakdown service. How do you make an appointment for something you don’t plan to break. Will not be back to purchase anything there.
Have dealt with the body shop on more than one occasion and have ALWAYS found them to be top-notch and professional!
We've had our vehicles repaired here for collisions previously, and the repairs were completed fast and correct!
Worst customer service EVER. Didn't even leave my car for an estimate.
