I paid Kaiser Brothers Heating and Air of Bradenton a lot of money for an extended warranty when I purchased two, new American Standard units. Now, we're in the last year of the warranty and repairs take longer and longer because Kaiser keep "bumping" our work so they may go after the "paying" customers before they do ours.The current repair involves an expensive circuit board in the condenser. Highly recommended !!!!! Wes and Bill are very knowledgable, they replaced our a/c unit, and WOW what a good job, everything works well and they did a great installation, also cleaned up everything when completed, their staff were great to work with. I feel that we received great value for the service performed.
