I would give zero if I could. I will be canceling me insurance through them. All I needed was for them to approve my mri referral and they just keep denying it and saying they need more information. They clearly do not care about patients or their pain. Heartless company.
Restricting people to one pharmacy choice and not allowing people to work with other professionals in the region who are more qualified is unacceptable and dangerous.
Never again will I ever try to work with this organization....
I turned 65 and now there is a list of meds I can't take anymore according to my doc. Will bail this October as fast as I can.
