Nico is a dedicated practitioner and brings many unique talents and skills to his yoga practice and teaching! I would highly recommend Nico and Kaiden Yoga to anyone interested in experiencing a traditional practice with adjustments for all levels of participants.

Who was it that taught me meditation for free when I was knee deep in college exams and assignments? Yes, it was Nico! Side effects of connecting or receiving lessons from him include but are not limited to: 1. Walking away from the interaction grinning 2. Being grateful to just be alive in this world 3. Learning to say reeeee-lax whenever something troubling happens to you. No one knows how to play and offer insight quite like Nico

Nico has a great way of getting you to tune in to yourself. His yoga classes help you connect with yourself on a deeper level, to focus in on what really matters most. He is a great teacher and he is very patient with those in his classes. He is open minded and accepting of all people that wish to begin their journey into yoga and all the benefits it has to offer. Will definitely go back :)

I have had the privilege of practicing yoga with Nico for the past few years. Through that, I have learned a great deal about myself, improved my yoga technique, and discovered the power of breathing exercises. Nico has a gift, and I’m blessed to have had the chance to learn from him. If you’re thinking of his instruction, I would highly recommend that you take advantage of the opportunity.
