Amazing! Marybeth knows her stuff. Highly recommend. She really understands proper movement and helps you be able to move proficiently.
These classes combine every element of fitness and well-being! Her workouts always leave me feeling better then when I'm started and there is always something to get better at. Mary Beth has a ton of knowledge and I learn something with every interaction! I highly recommend attending a class if you get a chance!
