The best part about Kairos to me is that they are local! Its not like a normal delivery service where it ships from who knows where, and who knows when it was made. I know the food is fresh and not cooked and then frozen. It is made right here, and delivered fresh to my door! The food tastes great and has helped me make better lunch choices when I am on the go. Highly recommend!
I placed an order and received my food for a week for two people. Third day of meals both of us ended up with food poisoning. There is no question that it was the meals as we didn’t eat any other food on those days. I contacted the owner and he said sorry and there hadnt been anyone else that he knew of that got sick. I felt like he didn’t believe me and pretty much dismissed me. I spent over 12 hours terribly ill and missed a day of work because of the food that I ate. Very frustrating. Kairos Meal Prep Service is simply remarkable! The food is fresh, healthy, and so well balanced. I love that you can choose a 4, 6, or 8 ounce portion of protein. The meal choices are fantastic and their customer service is impeccable! I would highly recommend Kairos if you are looking for a healthy option for meals!
Daniel and Kairos have been amazing throughout the 4 years I’ve done meal prep service with them! If I reach out, they respond immediately! The food is flavorful and has the right/healthy portions. I was out of town last week and my husband chose these healthy options over snacks and fillers while I was gone! Huge plus! Quick delivery, sustainable and healthy portions, super friendly communications and quick option to eating healthy. There are a number of options for your meal prep, but locally, I will always use Kairos!
