I recommend that you send out someone from Karios to view your homes before you move a family into a mold and rat infested home. I have asked repeatedly to have a representative of someone of management to come view the home in person. The only kind individual I have spoke to since I stayed in my home for six years is Yoursef. I spoke to a Melinda in upper management and she has stated" She do not know how I can live in a home of this nature". Unbelievable scumbag. Brian Frazier is a liar, manipulative con artist and should be in jail! His work is disgraceful to anyone in the construction industry. Stay clear of this guy. He has multiple companies and bankruptcies. He is a fraud. Google if you don’t believe me. Bring your own realtor, finance and title company and they will expose who he is. Check BBB too.
