I feel fortunate to have rented and lived at Kairos Independent Living-Rachel was always kind, helpful, and considerate of the needs of the residents. I found it was an experience that benefited me greatly!
I recently broke my leg and was given a Physical therapist to come to my home. I got Danae Long from Kairos and she was very sweet and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me tremendously. When I randomly started crying during our first session she comforted me and reassured me that I was okay. The review is for Kairos Home Care LLC as a tenant and Rachel M Romero as the one in charge. We rented our house to Rachel for her business in 2020 till Summer of 2022. The whole thing started with a lie. Rachel said her business provides service for senior people. But it’s actually for people with mental issues. There are things happening like someone throwing their phone down the toilet and some tenants keep slashing the door of the fridge and breaking the fridge.
