You are not in control of the schedule so beware. The Appraiser was difficult to schedule. Then, he schedules a time without confirming the day before or the day of. Then Kairos charges me $150 trip fee due to the Appraiser showing up without adequate pre-notice. Just seems like way to generate fees.
Lloyd was great! He showed up on time, was very professional, and the appraisal itself was quick and efficient. I was impressed with how fast I received the report after the visit—super quick turnaround. This was for my property on Capel Street. Thanks, Lloyd!
