Terrible experience using Kairos as part of a bank required appraisal. Our inspector simply wasn't knowledgeable about the area we purchased in whatsoever. Provided many flawed details in the report about the area & its shortcomings. And while I've had appraisals come in lower than expected on purchases over the years, this one was laughable.
