Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve now had to deal with Kairos AMC twice in the span of this loan, and both times have been a nightmare. • The initial appraisal took nearly two weeks to be released after being delayed over and over. Meanwhile, they brag about being “on time.” When it finally came back, the quality of the work was laughable — poor comps and a lowball valuation.
