The guy who came and did our appraisal was completely incompetent! He grossly undervalued our property and this affected our loan. We also found out that the same thing happened on 2 other buildings he appraised for someone else. We've been doing this a long time and we know the proper values of our properties. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ACCURATE VALUES!
I contacted the appraiser, and he explained it would be a drive by and I didn't have to be home. He also suggested i send him an email to let him know about major improvements I have made to my home.
