Great report, concise and informative
It went well and quickercthan I thought it would. Pleasant experience.
Butchered my appraisal.. my lender's words. I am not a novice tho.. been in construction my whole life. This appraisal was done poorly. He missed value adds an even appraised lower than properties that haven't even been updated or maintained well. Seems this was more of a quick pay day than an honest assessment. I have to now pay again to get it done right. I would not use this company. Reviews can be bought - this one is real.
