Spoke to the assigned rep Ash, stressing the importance for a Quick turn time & Was strung along for over 4wks for an appraisal that was never received. 2 wks in & verification that the appraiser assigned to the order was refusing to complete the report as ordered, I began requesting cancellation & refund. Rep assigned, nightmare- holding up people’s lives- essentially refusing to comply with cancellation after multiple documented requests.
