Kairos is a wonderful organization that is making a lasting positive impact on the lives of children and families all across communities.
My experiences at kairos have been positive. Lauren, Roger, Jessica and Sydni are amazing. My biggest issue is the overturn of staff. My son bonded so much with Roger and now we get to start over twice now. Im just wondering why these skills trainers are not paid to reflect their worth to the children using services. Isn’t that instability causing more harm? “The moment when change is possible” is the mission statement. Is the change in employees really what they are referring to as the change?
