Jenn is super knowledgeable, and provides me with so much information about my services. For waxes, she has such a gentle touch, and makes it a very comfortable. I inquired about an another service, and she informed me that it would be a “nice to add” for me, but based on my current condition, it wasn’t necessary. Jenn IS amazing!!! I was previously seeing another esthetician for 4 years for my Brazilians so having to switch over after that long, I had high expectations and was nervous. She made me feel comfortable, she exceeded my standards, and maintains an extremely clean environment. I’ve only booked twice so far and I’ll be staying!
