I want to say that Samantha Googins and Mr. Wes Scott are the best. We declared bankruptcy and after it was discharged, a creditor took our state refund. I called Samantha and let her know what happened and she was on the ball. She was given the run around after many attempts and then Mr. Scott sent a letter. After many attempts, not Kain and Scott’s fault, we will be getting our refund back. Thank you Sam and Mr. Scott for helping make our lives better.

I've been a client of K&S for almost a year now and I'm extremely satisfied with the personal customer service you receive when you call. I've had several interactions (several is an understatement) with Megan at the St. Cloud office and she's an absolute God-send. She's very patient when I need to change my payment date and even more understanding when life happens and I need to adjust my budget.
