Our 10 year warranty was voided by Navien due to this installer, who did not install the boiler up to the manufactures code. We have tried contacting numerous times to resolve and Andy does not answer calls, texts or emails. We even offered to pay for his own mistakes. Now we are stuck with a boiler that was recommended to us by Andy and there is no one in the region to service it but him, who does not answer any messages or calls.
** Warning! ** Andy Johnston of Kaimhill Heating does not return calls once he has your money! I paid Andy £2400 to install a Worcester Greenstar boiler at my house. Installation included a mechanical flush. However he did not complete the mechanical flush properly and I have been inundated with problems since. Worcester arranged a service engineer to come out and he confirmed the system was not flushed correctly. I now have to pay for a mechanical flush to be done with another plumber.
