I should have taken seriously what one reviewer said about this company. As reported by that reviewer in a prior post, Mike was a no show. He didn't return my call or text. He provided no explanation or apology for the inconvenience it caused me and my family. FOLKS, DON'T HIRE THIS SERVICE.
They never showed up for the 4 hour window nor did they call. When I called and spoke to Mike he had no excuses for no courtesy notification. Mike said that they were running late and would call me back in 15-20 minutes and no one did. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
