Was taken care of my mother at the time very rude so I just let my storage go
Friendly staff but odd no refund policy. There is no signage anywhere indicating this. The receipts have a line that reads "no refund applied" with a 0.00 line following it which seems to indicate they can do refunds. I was trying to return an extra moving box I didn't need but ended up just giving the box I paid for back to them. Again friendly people just a very odd policy for 2025 and for moving materials which are very easy to overestimate when purchasing.
Employees are very helpful & kind. Convenient location with clean units
