Our large mirror that Richard installed looked great at first, but got serious mirror rot about a year after installation. After a couple more years of it spreading 3 inches in from the edges, I contacted Richard and he said he would take a look, but never heard from him. Don't be so quick to leave a five star rating on your new mirror until after a year or two. Your mirror may end up with serious mirror rot and Richard may not respond.
