Dr. Poppas is simply incredible… a truly gifted healer with a big heart and magical hands.
Dr Cara is amazing at what she does, a natural healer who miraculously finds all the parts of your body that need work. She has helped relieve pain & tightness, along with trapped emotions I didn’t even know needed to be released. I will be coming back regularly. Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Cara is amazing!! We came twice while visiting family. She was able to help with several places on me that were especially angry after the flight from the mainland. She was able to find and release deep origins of pain/tightness. Very calming demeanor and atmosphere. Would highly recommend!
