Kailil Home Services (Owner - Jesse Fout) is very unprofessional! Here is my personal story from May 2017...Jesse Fout (Owner) informed me that he was not licensed or bonded, but that he was insured. In an effort to try to save money, I hired him and gave Jesse a hefty deposit up front. I also wrote up a detailed contract with a completion date that he signed. Jesse Fout, owner of Kailil Home Services, leaves work unfinished, and repeated phone calls and texts unanswered. If you want a professional, do not call Jesse Fout.
This is by far the most unprofessional "company" I've ever tried to do business with. Gave Jesse (the owner) a deposit upfront, he didn't complete work and disappeared with the money. Tried to contact him repeatedly for more than a month. Wouldn't even meet up to give me my house key back, so I had to change the locks. Fraudulent individual
