Nice, calm vibe here. Wonderful scalp massage with shampooing. Kaila listens well, to what you want and doesn’t push you in a direction that doesn’t fit your lifestyle. They offer European hair products, which are chemically safer than US products. They also offer sugaring, and other body care services.

I would regularly go to Seattle to get my hair cut & styled until I found Kaila. I am picky, and she is incredibly skilled, patient, and listens. Note the word listens. You tell her to take off an inch, (it will be an inch, not 2..), or the specific shape, or layered style look you want and she nails it. Also, if you have dry “well water” hair challenges, she has products I never knew existed that are great & eco friendly, too.

I’ve been here a couple times now to get a tight fade and trim and I am 100% happy with her ability. I have had a lot of mediocre haircuts in the past and Kaila is definitely top notch.You can get a 20$ haircut a lot of places and I have but never happy with the results. It’s like they say you get what you pay for!!!
