Kaila Williamson was a true blessing to have with us when purchasing a home. She helped the whole process run smoothly by giving us timely updates, helping us with any information on things we were unsure of, and keeping good contact with the seller and title company when it comes to that, it helps a bunch mostly if your a first time buyer. Throughout the whole process Kaila was kind, informative, and she thinks about the buyer first, to make sure they are happy with their choice.

Kaila reached out to us by mail when an unsuccessful listing with another realtor expired asking if we would be interested in listing with her. I contacted Kaila by phone. She went into action and got the listing agreement drafted and over to us and took the reins from there! Kaila is a professional, open, and effective communicator.
