As a former and very brief employee, the behaviour and lack of empathy I witnessed from Nurses and Healthcare assistants is appalling and needs to be investigated properly. Please thoroughly investigate where you send your love ones, because I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this hole. residents are literally wasting away in the most inhumane way

The staff are great. Treat the family and the very ill patient with dignity. Can not praise the team we had enough.
The staff are wonderful here. So caring and respectful of the elderly. Stopping to thoughtfully interact, joke and personally ensure the residents are comfortable, full and have a sense of belonging Thank you for loveing your job, it shows and it means a lot to us
