As a former and very brief employee, the behaviour and lack of empathy I witnessed from Nurses and Healthcare assistants is appalling and needs to be investigated properly. Please thoroughly investigate where you send your love ones, because I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this hole. residents are literally wasting away in the most inhumane way
