Receptionist are not very good at their jobs, I had my left eye checked after cataract surgery, every was good, than they scheduled a eye check up for my right eye after cataract surgery, gave me a appointment card clearly showing June 4, 2024 at 10:40 am, showed up early only to be told my appointment was on June 5, 2024, showed them my card for appointment and I was informed, oh sorry no eye doctor is in today, you come in tomorrow and I said just cancel, what a waste of time, clearly their mistake, very unprofessional bus... read more

My mom broke her glasses and needed new ones so I booked her an eye exam. Did not realize it was not with our typical doctor, instead she saw dr. Addington, would not recommend her, she was very impatient with my mom. My mom has hearing issues but did not expect for someone to be getting mad at her for not being able to read the letters. Doctor didn't seem to care about my moms eye issues either, very desmissive. My mom was very upset at the end of the appointment and didn't even get glasses.
