When hiring a builder for a new home it is critical to make an informed decision. I went to three meetings with builders to find out process, timelines, costs, warranty, change fees, and most of all customer-builder relationship. The best experience ever! Kaidian Homes went over and above in the build of our new home. The finished quality was outstanding. There were no deficiencies when we got in and any little thing that has come up since, their team jumped on it immediately, even years later, they still haven't charged for any repair. There's a lot of comfort knowing your in good hands and that the quality of the home is second to none!! Extremely thankful we went with Shane!
