A mechanic at Kaiapoi went above and beyond for me recently, and helped me address a major issue another toyota service centre had created. I needed to get my battery checked and did a walk in even though they were fully booked. I was given a time to come back, and when I returned everything was dealt with very quickly. Reception was very courteous, and I was told the battery still has plenty of juice left. I wasn’t even charged, which I really appreciated. I was genuinely stoked by the service. I always have a great experience with the Kaiapoi team. Nothing is a hassle and they always have my car ready for the booked pick up times. My aqua is well maintained, hasnt had any issues and I believe its all down to the great care and service of the toyota team. Thanks for your amazing service.
