Kaia Yoga Greenwich is such a beautiful and special place. The studio itself is gorgeous, the classes and teachers are incredible, and there is such a warm and welcoming sense of community. Kaia has made such a meaningful impact on my life over the years and has always been a place I can return to for movement, connection, grounding, and growth. Took Rachel Giordano’s morning Signature class and loved it! She guided us through a beautiful flow with a soft playlist. She gave me some great adjustments and corrected my alignment. The studio is newly renovated and I loved the ample space at the reception and new bathrooms.

The studio is very pretty and peacefully and always perfectly clean. They have a wide variety of classes throughout the day and every class / teacher I’ve had was a great experience.

This is a gem in "The Mill" in Glenville. Classes are fun. Every instructor is qualified sensitive and personable. There is a variation of classes offered. If you can't find the class you want here there are several other locations where classes are offered. If you love a particular teacher they often teach at other Kaia locations.
