Kaia Yoga and Meditation Darien

I've tried classes at the Darien, Greenwich, Old Greenwich, and New Canaan locations. Kaia is great because you can attend classes at any of the locations with any of the instructors. The Darien location is very central - in downtown - and there is plenty of parking. The instructors are very well trained and passionate about yoga. I also love all the different class types. I always walk out of class feeling great! Highly recommend joining!!

This practice is fantastic! I love the studio. The hot room is amazing. Awesome staff, great classes! And such a great location. Parking is easy.

My first experience at Kaia Yoga was truly a positive one. I had reserved the class through ClassPass, but unexpectedly received an email saying my class was canceled. I decided to still show up, hoping there might be space available. Although the class was completely full and ClassPass wasn’t able to offer me another reservation at that location, the owner was incredibly kind and allowed me to join anyway. The yoga class was good but the greeting (or lack thereof) at the front desk was really off putting. I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed by the website, and had to stand there and wait for her to take a break from talking about horoscopes with the instructor for me to say “Hi I’m new here I’ve never been.” No welcome, no instructions, no quick run down on where the bathrooms were, when can we enter the yoga room, where do I put my stuff… anything?
