I’ve been working out my entire life - I’m 64 - and this is hands down the best exercise regimen I’ve ever done. No two sessions are the same. The energy is always upbeat and the classes are fun. And, most importantly, it’s not about fitness for aesthetics; it’s about health (mental and physical) and nutrition, it’s about community, it’s about empowerment. Anybody thinking about joining a fitness group should definitely give KaiaFit Vacaville a try. It’s a game changer!
Kaia Fit is perfect for me! I don't have to struggle to find space to work out at the gym. I don't have to work out with big sweaty guys! It is always upbeat and though I work hard, I feel better when I leave than when I come in! Always!!!
This place is the place to be if you’re looking for endurance and to lose weight or just to feel better about yourself. I love it the trainers are awesome ! the atmosphere is amazing! The workouts that they do are so much fun it makes you keep wanting to come back for more so if your looking to actually reach your goals this place is the place to be. I love Kaia fit and I highly recommend it .
I really enjoy this gym. The coaches are great! They offer a variety of workouts. It's very welcoming!
