Kicked off my free trial week with a TRX class. Instructor and other classmates were very welcoming and kind. Demonstrated the exercises and gave positive feedback and modifications. Will definitely return
Been a few times coaches are so inspiring
Kaia FIT offers so much - the West Reno location has become my Zen spot as I tend to go to the Saturday morning Yoga classes here. The classes are a great size and you enjoy a great workout or meditation session with supportive and friendly women. Before Kaia I was not someone that stuck with a consistent gym routine, and I can say now I am motivated to keep on going! Thank you to all the coaches and ladies out there pushing each other up!
