Took a Barre class with Gretchen wow she worked muscles I didn’t even know I had. Everyone was awesome and supportive
Took a TRX class with AJ for BRIK. I am very fresh into working out and they have been very accommodating. I’m a big girl, but they are so nice. It makes getting started easier. They REALLY allow for all levels. If you need it easier, they got u! If you need it more challenging, they are up for it. Thank you ladies!

Kicked off my free trial week with a TRX class. Instructor and other classmates were very welcoming and kind. Demonstrated the exercises and gave positive feedback and modifications. Will definitely return
