Kaia FIT offers so much - the West Reno location has become my Zen spot as I tend to go to the Saturday morning Yoga classes here. The classes are a great size and you enjoy a great workout or meditation session with supportive and friendly women. Before Kaia I was not someone that stuck with a consistent gym routine, and I can say now I am motivated to keep on going! Thank you to all the coaches and ladies out there pushing each other up! Kaia Fit is a great workout gym for women. The West gym is located in the NW Reno in a large shopping plaza (that is usually empty during classes). The location has many windows that looks out to the mountains, which are nice to look at when you are taking a barre class. This location has all the Kaia classes; TRX, Barre, Yoga-Pilates, weight classes and Cross-training classes. I recommend this gym to any woman of any age. If you go to the classes you will get stronger and have great workouts with great women.
Love our workouts and strong encouraging women! Location is key to me and the support we get from every coach is amazing.
Kaia West is a great location to meet up for group exercise. There is plenty of parking, which I appreciate. They have Zumba classes there a couple times a week. It is so fun and you burn a TON of calories without realizing it.
