I love everything about this gym! The coaches ensure everyone gets a great workout no matter their fitness level, the members are super supportive and friendly and the classes are varied and fun!

Took a Barre class with Gretchen wow she worked muscles I didn’t even know I had. Everyone was awesome and supportive
Took a TRX class with AJ for BRIK. I am very fresh into working out and they have been very accommodating. I’m a big girl, but they are so nice. It makes getting started easier. They REALLY allow for all levels. If you need it easier, they got u! If you need it more challenging, they are up for it. Thank you ladies!
