Great Kaia space, easy to access, plenty of equipment, and great coaches. Great place to hit up a double day with running group and TRX!
Classes are great and at your own pace and personal goals. Lots of instruction and encouragement.

I have truly enjoyed being a member of this gym the last 6 months (it feels way longer!). Kaia Fit had created a welcoming environment for women of all ages and sizes. I have to shout out my coaches Jessica C and Emma who bring it every week and push us to find our hard.
