I have truly enjoyed being a member of this gym the last 6 months (it feels way longer!). Kaia Fit had created a welcoming environment for women of all ages and sizes. I have to shout out my coaches Jessica C and Emma who bring it every week and push us to find our hard. Well here’s an update - been now a member for over a year and have never felt more motivated and committed to a lifestyle. Appreciate the classes, the camaraderie and the fun that being a member provides.
The Kaia in Sparks is my favorite place to workout. I enjoy how kind and helpful everyone is. It’s a great place to be yourself, and also become a new stronger version of your old self. The coaches care and it shows.
Love Kaia FIT Sparks. 9 months ago I said I'll try it. I went to a free Share the Love event and said I can do this, but I'm not going more than 3 days a week or getting up early.... 9 months later I go 5-6 days a week, often at 5 a.m. and it's one of the highlights of my day. Such a great group of supportive women and coaches!!
Kaia is so great. The “share the love” work outs are great for family and friends. So encouraging and work with everyone’s levels.
Every coach takes the time to coach me on form and are so supportive of the goals I want to reach. A kind uplifting atmosphere
