Updates to my initial review .... I am officially a member over a year with Kaia Sierra. It’s nice that there are multiple locations to pick from, but I attend Kaia Sparks most often. This location is filled with amazing women always encouraging you. They always encourage you to challenge yourself, but in such a positive and supportive way. There is a shower and changing area with multiple class styles offered and several amazing coaches….this means the workouts never get boring! KaiaFit Sparks is my favorite location! It's spacious, clean, and is in a safe location. There is a lot of parking and plenty of space to exercise outside on nice days. The new owners are making nice upgrades and have added a lot bikes for spin classes. I use the bike to exercise my knee replacement when they are doing exercises that require getting on the floor. They are also acquiring more free weights for classes. Come check it out!!
Continues to be my favorite KAIA location. Great coaches, great classes, just the best! I love that there has been changes in classes as well; trying new things!
OMG I thought I already reviewed my gym. I have been going here almost a year and they are very welcoming. I am a bigger person and when I started I never felt out of place. They have always been very accommodating in showing me modifications I may need. I get used to seeing some of the same ladies and it feels like I am going to see my friends. I love the classes at KAIA!
