The Midtown Kaia Fit location is extremely nicely done. All the equipment you could hope for. Clean, fun and just well, very motivating Excellent coaches too!!
KaiaFit Midtown is right in Midtown downstairs cool location. Staff is awesome
Kaia Fit Midtown is where I go for a great lifting class. Parking on the weekends is not a problem and the group that is there is awesome to workout with. Highly recommended.
Kaia fit is a great gym with multiple studios in the Reno/Sparks area. This midtown spot is in a great location so you can get there quick and they offer a variety of classes. Coach Allison hosts a black light yoga session that is both a workout (incorporating Pilates along the way) but also a fun way to stretch and get yourself moving.
KaiaFit Midtown is a cool downstairs stop went for a fabulous kickboxing class
