I joined Kaia after not working out in years. It was my first gym experience so I was a little nervous but everyone was so welcoming! All the coaches are positive, motivating and they push you to do your best. I found myself excited to go to the gym and workout, it wasn’t something I had to force myself to do. There’s a variety of classes so there’s something for everyone! The vibes are good and all the coaches are amazing! You’ll love it too!
