I'm so glad I found Kaia. I've been working out here for over 18 months, and I'm still surprised at how varied the workouts are. They're challenging, but never intimidating. There's also a lot of fun women and tons of laughter. A great community in the Village!
I am an older gal who is active but haven't been in a gym nor done any classes in YEARS. These gals are awesome! Very knowledgeable, kind, patient and encouraging. Love Kaia FIT! Update: I've been going to Kaia Fit in Carlsbad regularly now for several months and love it even more than before. 🩷 Our group is the best group of women ever! I can't imagine not being a member and part of the Kaia family.
I’m visiting Carlsbad for the holiday and booked the power class through Classpass. Kim, the instructor, was very friendly and welcoming and everyone in the class was so nice. I even got a xmas card from the owner of the gym which was very thoughtful and unexpected 🥰. I was so impressed I came back three times this week for their community week and tried the TRX, yoga and barre classes - all by Kim who is such a lovely, fun and inspiring instructor.
