I LOVE Kaia Fit!!! I like that its an all women's, no mirrors gym. The support and encouragement is what I needed. I love my Kaia sisters.
I joined Kaia almost 2 years ago. I was tired of the normal gym and really started looking for a Yoga studio to join. What I ended up with was not only a Yoga studio, but a personal trainer, and nutrition counselor, motivators, running coaches and so much more. Try them out
Coach Renee and Coach Maria are very encouraging and motivating. They offer suggestions for alternative ways of getting the same workout if you have an injury such as my carpal tunnel and lower back injury. The other ladies in the classes are also fun and encouraging. The workouts are always different so you don't get bored. I highly recommend Kaia Fit Murrieta.
