The coaches are awesome, and the space is massive! It is so much fun working out with these women! I feel challenged and laugh so much that I forget I'm actually working out. Kaia FIT Is an incredibly supportive environment that has inspired me to make healthier choices that are affecting my entire family!
I drive 45 mins one way (from Tahoe) just to come to Kaia FIT Minden because it is that incredible! The coaches are experts who act like personal trainers in this group setting. I've become crazy strong since joining Kaia FIT and cannot believe that I actually look forward to working out now!
