Well, I’m still here after ONE YEAR! I would say that I’ve been pretty consistent, working out 4-6 times per week. This is definitely a fitness success for me and it can be for you too! I encourage you to give Kaia a try….Great coaches, challenging classes and a rare fitness community that includes women of all ages, all sizes and all fitness levels. It is a worthy investment for anyone looking for a more balanced lifestyle. I gotta say it, I 🧡 Kaia!
