If you’re expecting, this birth class is so important and what you and you’re partner needs. It’s informative, interactive and not at all overwhelming. The class goes through the essentials we need to know during the pregnancy, leading up to the birth, during and post birth. Thanks to Sheraden for holding this safe, beautiful space and sharing her wealth of knowledge.
What a class! Sheraden was amazing from start to finish. Every element of the class is clear, empowering and exactly what we wanted in our experience. What we took away from it has given us all the tools we need to have a beautiful, safe, empowering natural birth - for our first and subsequent babies. Was so nice to have everything we needed in one place and to still have so much of our weekend too (so many of them are crazy long hours but this one is not). Could not recommend it more!!
Sheraden runs an absolutely incredible class that I truly believe every expecting parent should experience. Her knowledge, passion, and support are second to none, and the way she empowers mums and dads to take control of their birth journey is something really special. My husband and I went to the Feb 2025 Kaia birth class. We can’t stop telling everyone about how amazing Sheraden & the Kaia birth course was. My Husband was reluctant to go, feeling that it “can’t be that hard to look up what we need to know” and boy was he wrong.
