My husband and I had the best time attending the Kaia Birth course! We are so grateful to have had this opportunity to learn from the best. My husband and I absolutely loved attending Kaia birth class. Sheraden ran a very empowering and educational weekend without overwhelm or judgement. This is our third birth however we are planning a very different birth from our first two and we learnt so much over the weekend. We had the absolute best time at Kaia Birth. My husband and I went in with very little knowledge, and we’ve come out feeling empowered and equipped for a beautiful birth. Sheraden is incredibly knowledgeable and wise beyond her years. The whole environment is welcoming, completely judgment-free, and really opens your eyes to what’s available to you when giving birth. We would 100000% recommend Kaia Birth!
If you’re expecting, this birth class is so important and what you and you’re partner needs. It’s informative, interactive and not at all overwhelming. The class goes through the essentials we need to know during the pregnancy, leading up to the birth, during and post birth. Thanks to Sheraden for holding this safe, beautiful space and sharing her wealth of knowledge.
