We attended the April class with Sheraden and it was absolutely amazing! The course was so practical and filled with real-life examples and scenarios that made everything feel much less overwhelming. Sheraden taught us not only what our options are, but how to confidently advocate for ourselves throughout labour and birth. If you’re tossing up between choosing Kaia birth or not, this is your sign! Being our first pregnancy we feel so much more confident and full of knowledge after the two days, especially my husband! The course is really hands on for both you and your birth partner which I found so important as well as super informative, relaxed and supportive! So worth it!

My husband and I absolutely loved attending Kaia birth class. Sheraden ran a very empowering and educational weekend without overwhelm or judgement.
