I was Dr. Zu's patient for 13 years due to a Multiple Myeloma diagnosis. I can honestly say I do not not recommend Dr. Zu for your health needs. His assistant Grace is even worse. These are not good people and they do not care about you. From my experience they are fake nice and just want the appointments for their billing but really they don't care to help. Go elsewhere is my recommendation.
Excellent doctor. Patient and disarming demeanor. My second visit, and neither was to present good news. Dr. Zu was very helpful and ensured that I fully understand the diagnosis and treatment plan. Highly recommended.
Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Was belittling, obnoxious, rude and either did not have the knowledge to answer my questions and address my concerns or just did not care enough to respond to my concerns. He was egotistical and obnoxious and those words are the kinder of the ones I really would like to write.
Extremely patient and kind. Explains conditions and expectations in an easy to understand manner. Listens to patients and their families.
