Dr.Kai Ha was HORRIBLE! He was rude and wouldn’t let me speak. During my visit he saw that I was hard to be put asleep during another medical procedure and accused me of being a drug addict for this reason. I have severe anxiety and this is why I was hard to sedate in the past. Dr.Ha also wanted to argue with me about past diagnosis when I wasn’t even seeing him for those reasons (as others have mentioned). My experience was VERY strange to say the least. Wow, the staff here is just rough there's a guy at the front desk he seems great but the other people simply DO NOT listen then blame you when they mess up. I mean seriously, I understand people making mistakes, but when you're wrong admit don't blame others. Dr.Ha seems ok,not super great nit terrible comes down to a second opinion but yeah his staff is a big swing and a miss, multiple people telling you different things and then being rude, this place sucks
