I dont know what the other people are saying that the dentistry takes every dollar from the insurance. I dont think any practice in Mississauga is as affordable as this one and they try NOT to charge you much. I have been to other dentists in Mississauga and they all asked us to pay premium prices (even we had insurance coverage) and job done was very floppy. Dr. Chau is such a terrible terrible dentist especially when it comes to braces. Having him as a dentist is truly the most frustrating experience ever. he doesn’t really listen to his clients he does this thing where he gaslights you it literally makes you feel crazy. Master gaslighter. Terrible experience. Yes it’s affordable but it’s not worth the experience I really wish I never came to this place. If I could give this 0 stars I would. It had been a while since I had visited the dentist. I have extreme anxiety going to the dentist. Dr Nadine Hana, Sylvia and Krishna were so compassionate, understanding accommodating and put my mind at ease! Would 100% recommend.
I have been coming here since I was a young child and I still come here even after moving to Scarborough. That speaks volume to the clinic. All the staff is so amazing even the new dentists. Special shoutout to doctor chau who has been helping my family since I was a child. He is an amazing dentist and has such a big heart. Highly recommend this clinic Update - this clinic used to be good but the front desk people are horrible. They will not tell you prices upfront, squeeze every dollar out of your insurance.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I can save just one person's teeth with this review, then so be it. I went here to fix my severe crowding, overbite, teeth grinding/clenching, and TMJ via braces. After my consultation, Dr. Chau dismissed every issue that was not aesthetic (ex: grinding, TMJ) and swiftly removed teeth, attached braces, and "fixed" my smile.
