These people are a fraud! My dad went in for a filling to find out his insured dental balance has been fully drained in 1 routine cleaning. A service they tell us is just $100 was billed over $500 to insurance. Today my dad goes in for a filling to find out he has to pay over $300 for it because his insurance was already drained for 1 cleaning. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE! AVOID!! I had my braces done here back in 2014 when Dr. Chau owned the practice. Unfortunately, I’ve been dealing with the results ever since. Multiple dentists have commented that my orthodontic treatment left gaps between my teeth, so they shift constantly and I’ve had to replace my retainers several times.
