I have been coming to this dental office for the past 13 years and always had amazing experiences with the old staff and management. Unfortunately, since the new staff took over, the service has become very disappointing. The new team seems very unprofessional and has no understanding of how to properly handle insurance claims or book appointments correctly. I really appreciate the patient doctor relationship of Dr.Nadine Hanna. She's very friendly and answers all my questions. She's the one who extracted my tooth and I didn't felt it coz she applied the pink cream on my gum bfore injecting the medicine to numb my gums so I didn't feel any pain. Way to go Dr.Nadine. Also the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was good. Thank you to both. I did recommend Dr.Nadine to my son and my friends.
This review has absolutely nothing to do with Dr. Kai Chau, who was an exceptional dentist and a genuinely kind, trustworthy person. Our family was loyal to this practice for over 40 years largely because of him. Unfortunately, after the practice changed ownership, our experience changed completely. The new ownership refused to honour agreements already in place for existing patients and requested additional money for my daughter’s braces treatment after the fact. This place sucks absolutely horrible does not even deserve to give it one star they ruined my whole teeth I went to them yesterday for braces tightening my bottom teeth were straight and when I came home I came with pain and my teeth immediately got crowded some of the elastics were missing they didn't even put them, the wire also was short since I came there in 2024 till now never left that place with a happy face they only took my money and never fix anything bad customer service with unprofessional terrible staffs
Dr. Chau is such a terrible terrible dentist especially when it comes to braces. Having him as a dentist is truly the most frustrating experience ever. He doesn’t really listen to his clients he does this thing where he gaslights you, it literally makes you feel crazy. Master gaslighter. Terrible experience. Yes, it’s affordable but it’s not worth the experience I really wish I never came to this place. If I could give this 0 stars I would.
