Hands down the best sushi and sashimi in the area — a true hidden gem. The owners are warm, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to accommodate. Can’t recommend it enough!
Gave up on Sushi in Henderson. Drove 25 minutes here from Anthem. It’s worth the drive. True Japanese sushi.

I loved my experience at Kai Sushi and will be coming back. The owner is so lovely and sweet. I wanted a roll with asparagus and she let me know they can add it how I like. I got the American roll with asparagus added and yellowtail nigiri. The American roll had a well rounded flavor from the Cajun spice on top and the cream cheese added a richness to the roll.
