Dr. Steele has been a life saver for us! Our son( he's now 7) has had many dentistry issues over the past couple of years, including nervousness because of so many visits and work that needed to be done. Dr. Steele has been so patient and kind with him that he is now not afraid at all to have dental work done. We love Dr. Steele!

The entire staff is great with myself and my kids that range in ages from 8 to 2! The kids enjoy getting their teeth cleaned and love the awesome toy after.

I have nothing but great things to say about this office and it's staff. It's friendly, welcoming, professional, clean and most importantly, provides excellent dental care. I have three kids and they've all had great experiences and don't dread going to the dentist at all. They even get a prize from the treasure chest after their cleaning! Additionally, we have had to call Dr. Steele for an emergency with my youngest son at 7:30pm on a Friday night and he met us at the dental office 15 mins later. We are very sad to read that Ericca W had a poor experience with our office. We strive to provide the highest quality of care to each of our patients and that includes a positive front office experience. I haven't seen Dr. Steele so I don't have a review on his service, however, I am very disappointed in his office policies. I had a scheduled appointment, but due to blizzard conditions and school being cancelled, I couldn't safely make it in. I called as early as possible to let them know and asked for them to call me back to reschedule. It was the same day notice, but I had no choice - the Berrien County Sheriff's Dept declared a road emergency and told people to stay off the roads. I had several teeth that needed extensive care as well as a routine cleaning. Dr. Steele was gentle, thorough, and explained each step. I was pleasantly surprised that there was very little pain and his steady hand worked quickly and carefully. As it took several visits, Dr.Steele asked me each time how my mouth/jaw was feeling, if there were any areas that didn't feel right, etc. Dr. Steele's office was easy to find with parking close to the door. Dr. Steele and his staff are wonderful. They treat you so well from the minute you walk in the door. I don't get excited about going to the dentist, but they made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. The cleaning was fantastic and when I needed a filling, the whole experience was painless. Wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this office!
