Dr. Yang is great, the office staff are not. Don't ever expect to be able to get a same day appointment if you're sick. Their out of office is on half the time so you can't get through, even when you do get through as soon as they answer they say "please hold" and put you on hold before you can get a word out. After 5 minutes it automatically rings back to them, that's when they like to either hang up or just put you on another 5 minute hold. I've been going here for almost 10 years, I've finally had enough.
